MPJA Model 304, ESD safe, repair/rework station with a hot air head for SMT devices, standard solder iron for touch-up and thru hole use. Features: a fast heating ceramic heater, stable temperature, comfort grip handles easy off connector for soldering iron, interchangeable tips and nozzles for iron & hot air heads. Adjustable air flow, adj. temperature control for air & iron, Temperature range: 100 deg.-500deg. "C".

Hot air station works great.
Overall, this thing was worth every penny. I use it frequently to remove components that would be impossible with an iron. I removed a SOIC-64 without damaging it, and high-power FETs soldered to internal power planes w/o thermal relief.
